Mandy & Andy Gascoigne have been in the hospitality industry for over three decades.

Owner-operators of many gastropubs along the way, Mandy is a self-taught chef with over 30 years’ experience. Andy started his first micro-brewery in1995 then started producing artisan gins & tonics in the spring of 2016

They decided to purchase there first pub in the 90s and have never looked back.
From the heartlands of Yorkshire to a remote Hebridean island, we even entertained royalty!

We believe you don’t have to be a celebrity to be good at cooking food, just dedicated to hard work and having a passion for producing great tasty food.
To be honest, it’s simple cooking, using the best ingredients, done well, with some interesting twists added.

Today’s ready meal food offers from leading brands and supermarkets can be bland and disappointing and not reflecting what it says on the box.
Cheaper ingredients may be used to keep the price competitive and to meet market demands, they are usually mass produced in large factories on production lines.
