We aim to send products within 5 working days Subject to product availability. We never ship at weekends.
Please note: If you order multiple items they might be dispatched at different times, depending on availability, and so could arrive separately.
Delivery charges
Standard: £9.95
Orders over £80.00 will automatically receive free shipping
Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays.
Whilst we will do everything to get your order to you on the date of your designated delivery, orders are occasionally delayed due to reasons out of our control.
If you experience a delay please get in touch and we will organise a replacement for you to be sent out.
The delivery details provided at the time of purchase must be accurate for us to deliver to you. Failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details being provided may result in a replacement not being provided. Please check your details and order confirmation email after ordering.
Delivery company
We use APC who deliver 8am – 8pm. If you provide us with a mobile number then APC will text you a one hour time slot.
Delivery times
As the goods been shipped are frozen food items, and are of a perishable nature, please make sure there is a person to recieve them at delivery.
Please liase with the courier if this is not possible to ensure safe delivery of your items.
You may collect your order from these pick up points at these times…
Monday & Tuesday each week – Leeds, Albion House LS10 1PR
Wednesday to Friday each week – Bradford, Haworth Steam Brewing Co. BD22 8DP
If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have evaluated your specific issue and let you know if we are able to replace or refund your item. If approved, you’re item will be replaced at the earliest opportunity subject to available stock, or refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
